Free Shopify support
Section titled “Free Shopify support”We offer free, thoughtful help for any Shopify question, not only Launch Lock. We usually start with about 30 minutes of focused help. If the issue needs longer, we stay with it until it is clear. Advisory help stays free.

Why was I sent to a plan page?
Launch Lock is billed by Shopify. With no active subscription, Shopify asks you to choose a plan before the app opens. See Billing.
