Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Launch Lock (“the App”), provided by K2 Digital (“we”). By installing the App you agree to them.
Service
Section titled “Service”The App lets you configure purchase windows for products on your Shopify store and enforces them at checkout. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
Fees are shown on the App’s Shopify App Store listing and billed through Shopify. Trials, if offered, are as stated there. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Your responsibilities
Section titled “Your responsibilities”- You are responsible for the rules you configure and their effect on your customers’ ability to purchase.
- You must use the App in compliance with Shopify’s terms and applicable law.
- You are responsible for keeping your Shopify staff accounts secure.
Limitations
Section titled “Limitations”The App enforces rules using Shopify’s checkout validation platform. Enforcement is subject to Shopify’s platform behaviour; in particular, point-of-sale orders are not validated, and a Function runtime failure does not block checkout by design. The product page display is a convenience and is not the enforcement layer.
The App is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost sales, arising from use of the App. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the App in the three months before the claim.
Termination
Section titled “Termination”You may uninstall the App at any time; your data with us is then deleted (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend access for non-payment or misuse.
Governing law
Section titled “Governing law”These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
